The first step is to contact us!

Our staff is courteous and helpful. You will not receive endless phone calls and harassment from us. At Buch Church Organ Company, our philosophy is that we will treat our clients and prospective clients the way we would want to be treated when we look into the purchase of an expensive product.

Feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail.

Initially, we will discuss your musical requirements and any problems that exist with the present instrument (speaker, location, console placement, etc.) and any problems with acoustics or other things, as well as, possible solutions.

To better serve you, please call for an appointment before visiting our office and showroom.

Our showroom is open by appointment only.

Before a committee visits our showroom:

We want to meet with the committee at the church to look at the present instrument and the way it is installed and discuss the way we might install a new instrument.

Following an input meeting at the church:

We would want the committee to visit our showroom to familiarize themselves with the various organs we have available. Some committees ask what model organ we think they should have for their size sanctuary. While the size of the sanctuary is a factor, the most important factor is which model organ will have the musical versatility to meet your musical requirements. For example, one church, with 125 seats and a very active music program, visited our showroom and selected a large, three manual organ. While other larger churches have found a medium size two manual to meet their needs. We will assist you in your decision, not try to make it for you.

After the organ has been selected:

If any preparation is required to accommodate the organ, we will consult with your contractor or church workers and electrician to make sure that the building will be properly prepared for the new organ installation. If you don't have a contractor, we can do the work for you.

After the organ has been installed:

We will assist the organists in learning the new features of the organ at your church or in our showroom. We are only a toll-free phone call away if an organist has a question. We also provide workshops from time to time. Service when required is only a phone call away.

Our Goal is a SATISFIED Client!
